How do I register for online services?

  1. Visit – https://www.nhs.uk/nhs-app/
  2. Download the app on your smart phone device
  3. Create your account

The NHS App is available now on iOS and Android. To use it you must be aged 13 and over and registered with a GP surgery in England.

You can access NHS App services from the browser on your desktop or laptop computer.

The NHS App is a simple and secure way to access a range of NHS services on your smartphone or tablet.

You can also be or nominate a person to be a proxy user. A proxy user is someone who have been given authorisation to access a patient’s records who they may care for, this may be a child, partner, parent or other relative. For further information please read the leaflets provided, you will also find the relevant paperwork to request this access.
